I have done online shopping through STARCJ website on 21.12.11 and my Order Number is: 20111221027775. I have paid online Rs.2298 and after 5 days I have checked their website it shows delivered. I have contacted customer care, they will check and comeback. Till now several times I have called the customer care standard response "Our executive will contact you". Till today I have not received any response or my items are delivered to me. Please help me in getting my order material at the earliest.
Information to all "NEVER DO ANY ONLINE PAYMENT TO STARCJ THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY"

i completely agree with you. mine is a similar case where starcj.com have sent the wrong item and have not refunded me yet....even after 2 mnths have passed.
their executives will never call.
atleast im still waiting for their call. they have hired a bunch of idiots who are sitting there doing nothing. everytime you call them you will get the same response.
shopping with starcj is a great waste of money and time.
this company shud br BANNED!!!

I am Shweta Verma from Noida. I was order 1 micro wave on 6.12.2011. They was deliver that product on 28.12.2011. It means more than 18 working days but they are giving commitment to 7 to 10 working days they are proved the product.

My meager problem is this, I had to receive 4 free product with microwave 1. Microwave Bowels 2. Traveling Bag 3. Electric Blander 4. Electric Sandwich maker.

Starcj proved me all above first three product but not give me Electric Sandwich maker. In place of Electric Sandwich maker there are proved me nonstice tawa worth of 399.

I was call him many times but they are not response me. and just say me "we are forwarding your comeplend so with in 24 hr you get a call." but I am not resaved any call till 18jan 2012.

Even i do think so it's a fraud company, i placed an order on 06-jan & made my payment through credit card but till then order status is "Preparing" & i dont know till when it will be "Preparing", when i called their customer care, they said, i am arranging a call back to let u know, why this delay happened but i haven't got any call from them..

there are so many complaints against starcj.com... i am too a victim of this fraudulant company....something serious needs to be done against them!!!
i wonder how they are still doing business??

Thanks to the consumer court forum, my problem with STARCJ has been resolved they have refunded my money. Thanks once again
