I had ordered a phone from Sulekha.com on January 11th and the product has not been delivered to me yet even though the company promised to do the same within a week of the product being dispatched which was January 12. The company representatives come up with excuses regarding the delivery and refuse to attend my calls since the last week. What should be my course of action? I have tried contacting the company through emails, but again no replies.
