    Default Sulekha.com / Samsung Galaxy Note

    Hi,

    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 online from Sulekha.com and made a payment of Rs. 30172/- using my Credit Card, but the product box seal was broken when I received and Flip Cover was missing and have mailed the concerned department regarding this on Dec 2, 2011.

    On Dec, 23, 2011, I was assured that I will get a credit in my Credit Card of Rs. 1799/- (Flip Cover Cost) but a wrong credit and wrong debit was done for Rs. 30172/- on Dec 24, 2011. Due to which I was charged Rs. 2159/- by the bank and my Credit Card is on blocked status.

    I have been mailing them several times repeatedly requesting to resolve the issue but in response receiving only apology letters, but no action was taken till date and its since 2 months.

    Kindly advice on how to I take it further to resolve the issue been facing from 2 months and unresolved.

    Angry Seventymm.com - Beware of this Website

    Hi All,

    I have ordered for a Dell XCD 35 mobile on 29th of January 2012 (Order ID: 51526). When I was about to get the product their CSE have told me it will be dispatched within maximum of 48hrs. Moreover, the same is also mentioned in their site.

    Its was almost 13 working days, however still my product is not dispatched. Whenever I checked with their customer care, they told stock is not available, but still in their website its mentioned stock is readily available.

    Again I have call their cc and they told 100% it will be dispatch on Monday (13th Feb). So yesterday (14th Feb) I have call their cc and cancelled my order. He told a CSE will call me from their end and confirm the cancellation and amount will be refund to my account in 7 days. Still I didnt get any call from them. I dont believe they will refund the amount to me

    I'm a member in ebay for more than 2 years. The products I received in ebay was amazing and excellent. I belived the same over here and made my payment. Now they are not responding me after receiving the payment.

    Further, Im planning to file a case in consumer court againt this site asking for my refund and compensation.

    Dear Elan,

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you and would like to inform you that you have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Note N 7000 on Nov 25th 2011 and the order was shipped on Nov 30th 2011. We have not received Flip cover at the time of shipment delivered.. At that point of time we have not delivered flip covers to any of our vendors. When we were notified that the consignment of flip cover was lost in transit we chose to refund the customers Rs 1799 , which is the value of flip cover. When this refund was done due to a technical issue we are unable tag the details, so we requesting you to give the details of your product purchased from your end.
