Hi,
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 online from Sulekha.com and made a payment of Rs. 30172/- using my Credit Card, but the product box seal was broken when I received and Flip Cover was missing and have mailed the concerned department regarding this on Dec 2, 2011.
On Dec, 23, 2011, I was assured that I will get a credit in my Credit Card of Rs. 1799/- (Flip Cover Cost) but a wrong credit and wrong debit was done for Rs. 30172/- on Dec 24, 2011. Due to which I was charged Rs. 2159/- by the bank and my Credit Card is on blocked status.
I have been mailing them several times repeatedly requesting to resolve the issue but in response receiving only apology letters, but no action was taken till date and its since 2 months.
Kindly advice on how to I take it further to resolve the issue been facing from 2 months and unresolved.
