Can I trust pixetra.com the supplier of telescopes, electronic gadgets,etc in India? Actually I had placed order for a telescope through internet and as required by the company I had already forwarded a cheque of Rs. 43258.62 but the company did not acknowledge anything about the receipt of the cheque. It was only when I mailed the company again to inquire about the cheque then somebody called me up and said that they have not received the cheque and since the company is very far away in Kerala from my place "Nagaland" it may take sometime to send me the telescope even if they happen to get the cheque. Then and there I checked the details of my bank transaction and it was found that the cheque has already been encashed by the company. Now I am confused to proceed further in making correspondence with this particular company whom I suppose is taking me as illeterate or incapable to sue them since I am from a very small state in the North Eastern Part of India. Please Help a way out.
