I apologies by putting wrong company name. Instead of TELE BRANDS i have wrongly mentioned as TIMES GROUP.
I have ordered a Car Scratch Remover on 23.3.2010 through times group. And has paid by my credit card and the payment was made immediately however till now (03.06.2010) i havent recieved the product yet. Whenever i am complaining them always i will get the answer stating that the product will be delivered next week.
And when i said that i want to cancel, they directly refused saying that this product is non refundable. OK fine if it is non refundable, but where is the product.
Kindly if someone try to help me.

abe gadhe tujhe kis bewakoof ne kaha tha ki credit card se payment kar thode paise kharach leta dent nikalne pe to yeh tere nahi dubte na.

never book through credit card , these guys have a option of sending it through vpp where in u pay after u receive the product and they have opend up retails shops at diff places in india u can buy it frm one of those
