its been 23days now i was promised delivery in oneweek or maximum 10days
i keep calling customercare everyday
they keep on telling me product will be dispatched within 2days or 3days

im frustrated now, customercare just is fooling us & never fulfilling their commitments

i need help as they hardly respond via emails also

their email ids & tel. nos im mentioning below need your help
i want product to be delivered within a week from now or i want full refund along with compensation for loss of time & money i spent on phonecalls & sms

now product elsewhere which were available at low costs are now very expensive

i have an addition to make
i called their customer care on 24th jan 2012 @ 9.45am
people picked calls & kept phone on the side & were speaking in abusive language sharing sms from their mobile & language used was english & bengali

i send an email
RAJA singh called up promised delivery within 1 week i.e. by today the 30th jan
now he is neither responding to mails nor is customercare responding

i want to know what action can be taken against such companies??
