I have seen product Whirlpool 23VX refrigerator on timtara.com on dt. 12-10-2011. Executive (Imtiaz) from timtara.com, has request me to deposit Rs. 15500/- in to info secure ICICI bank account no. 629405041907with the transaction no. 0260256692 by using net banking from my ICICI Bank account on dated 13/10/2011. company has confirmed me the receipt of the amount and placed the order no.10110129. immediate after 2-3 hrs they have informed me the product is out of stock and we could not deliver the same immediately, so I will have to wait for 8-10 days. after that I have regularly follow up the same and request them to cancel the order and return the money, but they are not ready to respond. when on dt. 16/10/2011, I have called to their supervisor (Raja) he request me for another option so I have given alternate option PROTON F220 Deluxe Inox finish. but again he has informed to me that they are not able to provide this product as well. when I request to refund the amount he has disconnect the call and not ready reply.
after that I have called so many calls on their customer are no. 9560114499, Imtiaz on 9654861383, Mr. Raja on 9899035527 none of them ready to pick up my call.

So, after all this episode, I want to file a case of 420 and mental harassment against the concern persons and the company. I need justice for the same and they are need to be punish, so that they can't do the same f rode with any other.

Executive (Imtiaz) from timtara.com, has request me to deposit Rs. 12120/- in to info secure ICICI bank account no. 629405041907with the transaction ORDER no. 10077588 by using net banking from my ICICI Bank account on dated 15/1/2012. company has confirmed me the receipt of the amount and placed the order no.10110129. THEY TAKE TIME wait for 8-10 days. after that I have regularly follow up. BUT TILL NOW STATUS IS SHOWED AWITING SHIPMENT but they are not ready to respond. I have called so many calls on their customer are no. 9560114499, Imtiaz on 9654861383, Mr. Raja on 9899035527 none of them ready to pick up my call.

So, after all this episode, I want to file a case of 420 and mental harassment against the concern persons and the company. I need justice for the same and they are need to be punish, so that they can't do the same fRAUD with any other.
