I Ordered a 22 inch LG LCD TV (Model - 22LK332 HD) from Timtara.com on 17 Dec 2011 and paid an amount of Rs. 10,799/- through HDFC Bank Credit Card.

After 12 days on 29 Dec 2011, when I came to know from Timtara customer care that the item is not yet despatched, I cancelled my order vide complaint No. 15577 and got the confirmation mail about cancellation of order.

After that I wrote many mails to customerfirst@timtara.com, cco@timtara.com & raja@timtara.com but did not got my refund of money till date except the assurance that the amount will be refunded shortly.

Please lodge my complaint against Timtara.com and help me to get my money back. I will be very thankful to you for your kind help.
