I had booked a Panasonic Phone from the online shopping site, TIMTARA.com, on 10th jan 2012 with order number - 10076517 and I paid Rs. 2,098. Booking confirmation is enclosed below:

I was advised that the delivery would be made in 8-10days, but the order has not yet been shipped even after 17 days after booking the item. The customer care number provided in the site is always busy and the mobile numbers mentioned are switched off. I am getting automated mail responses to every mail I write.
So kindly help me out in tracing this scam.
