I booked through online for HTC Wildfire S at cost of Rs.11589/- after discount of Rs.2500/- on 24.12.2011 by paying though our credit card with an expectation of receiving the article for new year(as assured by site). To my surprise they did not sent the article and there is no information about shipment and the order status also not changed in site. On 13.01.2012 the company people are confirmed that due to late shipments they couldnot serve and not confirmed expected date of delivery and hence we cancelled the order. After 2 weeks also the company people are informing that it will take 7 more days. By this the company is delayed my refund for more than one month and when i contacted over phone there is no proper response. I request this forum suggest the ways to proceed against the company to get back my lawful refund.
