Hello, I've placed an order for Nokia 101 mobile bearing Order #10162237 on January 1st 2012. As per the commitment of timtara, the product would have been sent by 8-10 working days that is within 12th of January. Now it is going to pass 19th of January but till now they haven't sent the products despite of many email conversation with them. Please help me in getting my product or refund of money.. I am hereby attaching the screen-shot.

I have already received the shipment on 28th January as compared to order initiation date 1st January 2012.. As per their delivery time it should have reached me within 12/13th of January.. So frankly I'm not happy as customer has to pay in advance and wait for 28 days.. I am not going to buy from Timtara unless they provide fast shipping and introduce Cash On delivery (i'm sure they are not going to do that in near future)...
