    hello !!
    i bought a product from tradus Details of Order No.2094232,Item ID 1457417 ,Product name Swayam Curtains With Eyelet - Black and Gold Print 4 items worth Rs 4476 it was delivered to me on 11th Jan within the delivery after 5 mints i opened the product i didnt like it reason as it was bigger than my window and what i saw on the net and what was sent was again different. so i mailed that time itself that i want to return it back
    the 1st mail i got on 11th Jan: saying customer care member wil revert for my query
    12th jan they asked me again the reason for dissatisfication of product
    then same day i replied for reason.
    then no reply on 14th jan got a call as per them but i did nt recieve the call .
    then on 16th they called me and say send the product back we will refund some one will mail the address then got a mailCustomer Care

    Also, I would like to inform you that pictures of the products shown are merely indicative and are not an identical representation of the actual product.

    Mona, then after some time one more mail saying that you send the product to the given address no account number given by the company to call up courier when i asked blue dart there charges to deliver that product to gurgaon they said 2500 rs when company says no question for return then still they ask..
    and i shop with so many online sites like yebhi, fashion and you, 99 labels and pepper fry.when we call up for return pick up they give us courier number and some account number which we need to give it to courier company and they come and collect the product from our door step.
    1st of all why do we buy online because it comes to our door step .
    and worst customer service tradus have the executive who calls doesnt know the procedures properly and doesnt revert back properly
    tradus just want people to pay and buy the product but when it comes to return and refund they dont revert
    please help me in sending the products back and getting my refund as soon as possible

    i see my parcel has reached to you on 23 jan 2012 at 17:15pm thru aramex so when can i expect my refund and i strictly need refund only.......................................

    my parcel has reached tradus on 23 rd bt still no reply from me plz help me wht do i do for my refund i feel they are just fooling me by collecting the product and not giving refund............................................ .................................................. .................

    its really disgusting with tradus online shopping i have ever done after giving a scan copy of my bank statement you still say you want a letter from bank is my bank statement not enough for proof .it is like you all are harrasing me and i am harrasing bank people . again i m attaching my bank statement take it as a proof and please send my money by cheque thats all i want

    So far i have not the received the amount from you as checked with my bank it is just i feel that you are fooling us the bank is asking you to give the account number from which you have refunded and the ifsc code ...
    and stil it doesnt work then i really need to take this consumer court i feel whatever you have sent reciept any body can type and send....
