For the above mentioned order number DEALS AND YOU have delivered wrong product , (PRODUCT WHICH I ORDERED IS: Ree Joy Ree Think Ree Sport! Backpack WORTH Rs 550) BUT (PRODUCT WHICH I GOT DELIVERED IS : Redefine Your Style Statement! Duffle WORTH Rs 449)
so for this issue i got this reply from there team was "Be assured that we value your association with Deals and You and therefore we have issued the store credit of INR 100/-in form of sorry voucher code towards the inconvenience caused in this matter. For this a separate store credit mail send to you within 24-48 hours with the voucher code"
even if i am a new subscriber for deals and you means i will be getting free of 100rupees coupon code , any how i don't want any of there worthless compensations from them ok ,
what i need is EITHER THEY NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY(ready to provide my bank account details) (or) THEY WANT TO CHANGE MY PRODUCT (ask them to give delivery address i'm ready to send it through courier i am never mind of paying courier which i am going to send ok)
.even i called there CUSTOMER CARE many times regarding this issue they said that there team will be bring some solution regarding this issue in 48 working hours but till today no reply from them even 48 working hours got over they are not at all taking care of this issue it seems so i request you to please bring solution for my problem
