On 19th Januray 2012, I ordered a Panasonic VIERA TH-P42U30D on the InfiBeam: Gifts to India | Online Shopping India | Apparel, Books, Cameras, Watches, Mobiles and paid Rs. 44,460 in advance, order reference 8571915. I got no update from the company about the status of my order for a long time. I called the customer service department on 27th January, which is a gap of 9 days and was told that the product was not available. So... they accepted my order and advance payment without having the product is stock, and kept silent for 9 days.
I told them to cancel the order immediately on 27th January itself. Since them, I have been following-up regularly for cancellation but it hasn't been cancelled yet when I write this email on 30 January, 7pm, and obviously I haven't got my money back.
I request you to take serious action against InfiBeam: Gifts to India | Online Shopping India | Apparel, Books, Cameras, Watches, Mobiles. There is a clear intention of not returning my money. Now, I would not only want my money back but also damages and money that I have wasted making STD calls to their call center.
