Hi,

I have ordered a perpaid product Fujifilm S2950 on 27th December 2011 and as per the policy it should reach me in 4 to 7 working days.

The order id is 748769.

Letsbuy.com updated the product status as partially dispatched on the webiste and the Bluedart AWB provided is 43835133381 on 4th January 2012 after receiving my call beacuse the oreder is still in "In Process" up to 4th morning.

Till date after calling the customer care for more than 8 times the product did not reach me and mainly the product has not been dispatched at all by them.

Initially the customer care people said that the product has been dispatched but now they are saying it has not been dispatched.

I have been tired of calling them and hearing the same "give us 24-48 hrs" each and every time I call.
I have written several mails and no resolution for the issue.

Think Before You Buy on Lets Buy!!! as they provide false information to the customers and does not bother about the customers.
