Dear Sir,

I had ordered two number of I Ball Aura V36 handsets on 5th of January 2012 from Seventymm.com - Online Shopping India - Buy Online - Best Deals - Discount Shopping by doing 100% payment (Order no- SMA0042717). According to the written policy of the site, they promise to delivered both of the handsets within 12 working days, But we didn't get both the product yet in our hand. We had communicate several times with their customer care representative & twice with their Senior Executive but no result found. now it passed almost 28 days & I didn't got my product.

So I'll be very grateful if you look into the mater & take some step on it.
