i purchased a product Nokia BH-503 A2DP Stereo Bluetooth Headphones from the website Online Shopping: Shop Online for Mobiles, Books, Digital Cameras, Computers, Fashion Jewellery at Indiatimes Shopping - shopping.indiatimes.com of Rs. 1199 Order No 30000044498 Order Date Jan 5, 2012 . this site hasn't delivered my order. i complained about this on 20-jan-2012 complaint no. 94324. they told to deliver the product within 3-4 days.
today on 2-feb-2012 they told me that your order has been canceled.
they are not paying me the amount of cash transfer charges and the money i spend on calling them for my product again and again.
they wasted my time and money both.
i felt lots of inconvenience just because of them.
please take a proper step to stop these kind of activities and tell them to give my money back with the charges i spend.
