Item Details-

As mentioned on product’s listing, it was to be delivered in 8-10 Working Days.
As on 8th February, 2012 it has been 24 days and still the status of delivery is
“Awaiting Shipment”
The payment was cleared on 18th January,2012 itself but since then the status remains the same.
Since long time I’ve tried calling their customer care no., but has never been answered.
After continuously trying to contact customer care, I switched to mailing them my queries, but I am surprised to see their replies every time.
For Reference I’ve put up all my e-mail conversations in the attachment.
Everytime i mail them, i always get a reply-

I’ve also warned them if they do not take any worthy action against my compliant, I’ll submit my complaint to consumer court.
after almost 10 conversations and constantly asking them, i have come to this step of forwarding the complaint to consumer court.
