I ordered a pair of shoes with a pair of socks.and it got delivered in about 2-3 days.but I found the shoe size smaller,so I return the pair of shoe to the company via speed post as per their return policy.that was on 1st or 2nd January 2012.they asked me to give me a voucher or check of the same amount(of the shoes) .
Since then,I have been mailing them to ask on what date they will return the check,but they are only procrastinating things.
Now it's been 1 month and there are no signs of any check.
