I placed an order for mobile handset of Dell company named Dell XCD35 from yebhi.com on dated Nov. 29, 2011. under order no YBH837420.
I received the courier for the same on dated December 10, 2011.
when i opened the fully sealed packet i shocked to see that the battery of the mobile set was missing. I immediately contact at
telephone no. 18001032145, 0114728311 and registered a complaint for missing the battery and I was given a
complaint no. CC1112452448.
Since that day I called yebhi.com on daily basis till date but I have got neither battery nor a satisfactory answer from yebhi.com. Their customer service executives told me that battery has reached to us and it will be dispatched soon but i received call from them that battery is missed by dell company and they could not do anything about it. I got mentally harassed. Please guide me what to do.
