I have purchased one bajaj juicer mixer grinder from yebhi.com. When it was delivered it was found having broken clips. After that I did complain then they ask me to pack and said to arrange reverse pickup after several attempts it could arrange. It was received back to there office. after that twice i got the call from yebhi.com, they asked what was the reason I told them and after that they said that in 2-5 days I'll get my money. But nothing happened. so till now almost I called up around 15 times everytime they say please wait for 24-48 hrs we'll do our job for you dont need to call again infact several times I have talked to there senior authorities as well named Mr. Karan, Mr. Yogesh and one more guy(dont remeber the name), They also assured That it will be process as soon as possible but no action is taken. I website they mentioned 30 days money back guarantee but here infact not even they have given single and its more than a month. Now I am completely fadeup with them.Everytime It takes more than 30 min. discussion and after that no result.

So I would request you to take appropriate actions against companies like these who causes so much inconvenience to the customers after taking payments. They dont care for the customer's time and money. There the simple funda is as they pick phone they will say sorry but they dont do any thing apart from just wasting your time. I have good faith in the consumer court forum beacuse I feel that its a place where we can get a justice honestly.
