My self Mr Arijit Moitra fom kolkata and i have been facing problem with my motherboards lan card there fore I lodge a call log in the intel customer care no 08028542105 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting**************08028 542105******end_of_the_skype_highlighting and after taking all the details of the motherboard they provided me an order number 7500081391 and this are all the details of my motherboard E29266-210 BD, MB, DG35EC EVE COVE.And the told me to drop the motherboard to their authorize service center at Redington India Ltd, P-89,CIT Road,Entally,Near Chittaranjan Hospital,Puddapukur,Kolkata-700014.Telephone033)22865880/81/82.After the service center receive the defective part later on after few days they provide me a replaced motherboard via DTDC courior service.That day when I tried to installed the motherboard with my processor i found a problem that the system doesnot get restarted when i tried to restart the machine.I though that there will be problem with the motherboard and next day morning i rush to the service center and told them about the problem and the told me that the mother board is tested on and there will be no problem with the mother board.After that I call up on the customer care number they also told me the same thing.After that I log a call on the toll free number for the processor and they provide me another order number 7500116764 and the processor details are as BX80571E7500 CPU, CORE2 DUO E7500 3M CACHE, 2.93 GHZ, 1066 MHZ .I drop the unit to the same service center after few days they return me the same processor and told me that there was no problem with the processor except some software updating issue with the processor.But after installing the processor I found the same problem.And therefore I check all the components of the CPU one by one But I found no problem with the other components.I then check with one of my friends processor which is DUAL CORE details of this processor(INTEL PENTIUM DUAL CORE,SLA8X MALAY,2.20 GHZ/1M/800/06,L843A702,2V84204 1A2037)But the problem has been solve with my friends processor.there fore I make a chat with the customer care people and told them all the details after checking for sometime they provided me a Order number 7500131251 on Friday the 23rd of July 2010 and told me to drop the unit to the service center and therefore I drop the processor to the Service Center on Monday the 26th of July 2010 and on today evening the call me up and told me that they check the unit and they found that the processor is working fine........
So , Sir Please check the details of this case and do the needful for me because i have been faceing a big problem and please help me out...I sure that there will be problem with either processor or motherboard.I remain hang around this problem for the last 1 month...but now i became harash with Intels service.
