Thumbs down Bad customer experience while purchasing Dell laptop on phone

I had customized my laptop purchase (QUOTE_I2_CNS_CNR_24018857) on the dell website and called up a service agent to finalize my purchase on July 24th, 2010. Once all the specifications were clarified by Ms Keerthi Sharma, the customer service agent, she told me that dell was introducing a new mini laptop and that she would call me the next week once it was launched. However, I did not receive any phone call the next week. Not receiving any response I called her today (August 10th), she told me she was busy and would call me back in 5 minutes. Again, she did not bother to call me back, instead i called her back. To my horror, she used a disgustingly harsh and rude tone with me. When I told her I would like to pay by cheque, she told me that it would take 25 working days for clearance. When I inquired further why it took such a long time, she got even more agitated. Once I understood the payment procedure & wanted to make the payment, to my horror she hung up the phone on me.
