THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAD BEEN PURCHASED A NEW CARTRIDGE FOR OUR CANON PRINTER ON DATED 13.09.2011 FROM BHARAT INFOTECH,AND WE HAD PAID RS.3200/- + 800/- SERVICE CHARGES TOWARDS THE PRINTER.FEW DAYS LATER THE INSTALLED NEW CARTRIDGE OCCURED PROBLEMS IN PRINTING i.e. LIGHT PRINTING.
WE HAD CALLED THE ABOVE CO. FOR COMPLAINT BUT THEY DENY TO CHECK THE CARTRIDGE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY CHARGE RS. 800/- FOR VISITING.
AFTER MANY CALLS /REQUESTS THEY SEND THEIR ENGR. TO CHECK THE CARTRIDGE,HE GIVE ME ADVICE TO CHANGE WITH NEW CARTRIDGE .WE CONTACT MR. UPENDER (CELL NO. 9810557613
) SERVICE MANAGER OF THE CO.,TOLD ME IN A VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND SUGGEST ME TO PURCHASE THE NEW CARTRIDGE,AND DENY TO REPLACE IT WITH NEW ONE.
