last friday(05/28/2011) i had checked the update of details:

Bombay,India 07:29 AM Shipment Received at Origin Facility

But after two week later, i hv not receive my purchased product. They dont deliver it to me.... their customer care said me, "mam they will cll u". but where? there is no incoming cll from aramex.... they cheated me,.and rediff shopping customer care do not reply me after a complain request mail.
due date is crossed.but they dont send my purchased product.

i had already sent mail to BIE Manager - Country Manager - BIE Manis Bhatia..of aramex....
but not any progress....waste of money...and makes me fool.

when i will receive my purchased item????

I Had Pirchased AC Samsung split on 21 Sep 2010 , I am not used reqularely . Last 4 months I am facing N number of problems , with no solution from Samasung Service Team.

I had Registed the complaint more than 8 times , After Registering an Complaint service Engineers will visit and go but my problem not yet resolved .

Problem :- No Cooling , Heavy Water Leakage from Indoor unit.

I amtotally upset with the service provide by Samsung
