Subject:-Regarding Brother DCP-J125 Printer
We have purchased and brand new Brother PrinterDCP-J125 on 03/Oct/2011 and on 25th of December 2011 the Printer started Giving Problem hence we called Customer care and an engineer came and told us to change the Printer head which cost of 4000/- the actual rate of the Printer cost is 6,750/- its been two months and 22days and they say no warranty or els u have just through the printer which is of no use, We are running a small cyber cafe and we charge 5rs per color paper print we have also not got the quoter amount which we invested hence requesting to check and help the same
