USE TO CALL THEM FOR SERVICE ,THEY REFUSE TO COME AND AFTER REQUESTING A LOT THEY COME AND UNDER WARRANTY ALSO THEY TAKE Rs.350 AS SERVICE CHARGE.

If any issue like this please let us know the case history and your problem for what the service engineer or the excuitve asked for the service charges.
If your machine is in warranty ....no question to pay service charges for which u r entitle to get service free of cost..
But any service out of the way will be charged sure....

I have purchage a Lenovo Computer From Baba Computer. some day after Purching It's works properly But Last Month I have face some problem in computer work. When I Call to your Service Center Your receptionist say Tommorow our Engg. visit you address. But Next 3 to 4 day no any Engg. Visit on my address. So I contact "Adrash Computer" and he solve my problem in a day. charged. So I wnat to say Your Service way is very poor. And You'r Employ is Rude.
May I know you'r Service Way, You have say any service out of the way will be charged. & I also want to know you'r service charge detal.
