This is to inform you that. I purchased the printer HP dj F4488 S. NO ( CN9CHCK2YK) on the date of 24-Apr-2010. Printer made noise for 3days. I complaint to the HP department they send a engineer on the site. But the engineer told me that you have over used the printer and this printer can not cover under warranty.
But you given me the printer warranty is for one year. So are you Guys making the fool to the consumer it is very bad experience for me.
As soon as possible please replace my printer. other-vise i will take the further action against your service department.
