I have a Transcend Pen drive of 8 GB capacity. That is presently in warranty period. When I had been to Accel Frontline, Office to retain the warranty who has the several companies collection center and also for the transcend. They People say that They unable to process my Device for the warranty. As per they says that the serial no. which is on my pendrive is not displaying clearly. Sir, this is a pendrive always this is using and keeping in hands it may be the serial no. has been removed by (Paseena). so that is not my fault. Company should have some thing for that in pemanent basis.
Please mention and proceed my complaint. I m very much worried.
