I purchased a cardless mouse of Targus brand from staples stores at ghatkopak west. Which is having 3years warranty. The mouse is not working properly from the day one onwards. When I called the number given on cover of mouse that is not working. When I mailed compliant to the customer service desk mail Id given by them, I didn't got any response from them. When I contacted the staples store they are saying that they don't have any responsibility regarding product and said to lodge a complaint in targus site or contact any service center. Just they cheated me by selling the product with the phone number and mail Id which are not working. They are not providing any support.
