I Have purchased HP TFT, monitor modal W1907-S/No.3CQ8281770 which is under warranty , black spots are coming in display which company is calling "PHYSICAL DAMAGE"snap shot taken by hp company and penning for approval which was handed over for replacement on 03-12-2010 and company is not taking any action to replace the defective TFT the service engineer visited over home and he said when it will increase more then one inch the company will replace the TFT whenever we are giving com plane they disconnects the phone call., it is requested to replace the above quoted defective TFT which is under warranty
