NON REDRESSAL OF MY COMPLAINT
i had deposited my HP mouse (covered under warranty when deposited) to one of the service centres of HP care on 13 September 2010, the redemption period they said of 7 to 10 days , But till (30 Oct 2010) i havn't received any confirmation, I am getting vague replies from the Service Centre Emplyees,
