I am using a HP laptop DV 6000 Model, recently i faced a problem with my laptop hence i went to Hp support center which is run by Ghaisas at J M Road Pune 4.there they inspected my laptop and told me my operating system has become corrupt and hence required to format the laptop but on the contrary i went to other place they they told me that just want to roll back the C drive.

There was a minor problem and for that they were going to format my whole laptop and charge me over 2000 INR .
