I wanted to bring to our notice that the below incidence has happened to me.

I had a discussion with one of Reliance agents for getting broadband connection in month of february.
The person came to my home and requested me to give him a cheque of Rs 500/- in favour of RCIL.(Reliance Communications India Limited)
He took photo copy of my Pan card and said that he will fill up the form on my behalf for availing the connection.
Since 6 months he did nothing to provide me a connection.

But to my very suprise on 14/7/2010 the cheque of SBI (bearing no:963196) of amount Rs 500/- was debited from my State Bank of India(Located at:Mam Ram Tower,Mayur Vihar Phase-III,Delhi-110096) account.

I called Reliance Customer Care multiple no. of times since then but no updates as to what is going on.
I have talked with your senior people like Vandana Yadav,Tezal of Reliance Customer Care to whom i have narrated the entire story and am waiting to hear any updates from their side.

I have send number of mails to "broadband@relianceada.com" for which i got reply that they wil refund the amount, but then 4 months have passed and no update
