I am writing a complaint for the robbery that happened with me in Komal Systems Pvt. Ltd. by the owner Mr. Shah. He is acquired a PHD (highest level of degree) in cheating and robbing customers. He is the most unprofessional and a person with no ethics in anything. I pray that he suffers a lot in professional and personal life. I have bought a commodity from him and he has slyly handed over a second hand commodity saying it is brand new and when I refused to accept the thing and asked him to change the commodity he fought with me shooed and my mother out of office using physical force on us. I have filed a complaint with the police also. I request all the people dealing and wanting to deal with him to stop your business with him because as he has looted me the same is happening with you as well. I need the support of the consumers to deal with him and as said by someone great "The customer is the King" but sadly some people do not understand their power, want to make an example by this incident so that no one else can cheat any consumer. ARE YOU READY TO SUPPORT ME?????
