This is a complaint about harrasment from Om Computers, Bilaspur. I have purchased a portable laptop harddisk from this shop and after 3-4 months of use the harddisk collapsed. I toook the harddisk to him and told Mr. Santosh (Proprieter of Om computers, Bilaspur) about the problem. He checked and told me that the disk is collapsed and it will be replaced soon. Now even after 4 months he is not giving me replaced harddisk and whenever I call him on mobile he doesn.t picks up the phone neither calls back me. Also another thing my HP laserjet printer model 1018, I gave him for correcting some problems before 3-4 months but till today he is not giving me my printer return. When I went to him and I told him to return my printer as it is in that case also he is not returning me my printer. I am very much harassed and depressed from his attitude and i dont know what to do whether I should go to police and lodge a FIR or should I move to consumer court? Please help me.
