I Ex- Army person, I purchased a PC model Ezeebee, and Machine Serial No 4097AZ154902 on July2009 from authorised delear. April2010 I faced some problem in PC , so I report to 05April2010 at HCL Authorised Service Centre, and HCL engener came on 06 April2010,and took Ram 2GB DDPII,and told restarting problem, hand over a pink customer copy, and again he came on 29April2010, and wrote on the pink customer copy window installation problem,and he took signature from my child who is 13 years old and he closed the call , but computer was not working,and he visit again on 01May2010and he picked up many part from CPU MBD(Mestrozlsd), CPU Dual Core, Ram 2 GB DDRII, 4D.D. 320GB.
Sir, I am a retired solider of Indian Army and I don't know very much about Computer. Sir, many time I ring to HCL Customer Service Centre, Customer Care also and Email to hcltouch.reg@hcl.in on 07June2010, they return to me with in 48 hours but today is 14 June2010 still me Computer is out of order, and HCL Customer Service personal not come or not pinkup my mobile also.
