Proview ups

I have purchased a proview UPS 600va from a mukesh electronic (19,chandni chowk street,kolkata-700072 date-13-4-2009), the ups is still under guarantee,and my ups had a backup problem which is very danger for my computer thats why i complain proview service center in kolkata belong 2 months ago but no services i have got from proview.
