Subject: Replacement of guaranteed parts.

Respectfully I beg to draw your kind attention that I have purchased an assembled computer from Imagine Info Solutions, Gopala Chamber, Shop No.-2, Basement, Parade Chauraha, Kanpur on 23/10/2010 and this Shop had been taken one year guarantee approx all the part of the computer and in this regard he plotted two 512 MB RAM i.e. 1 GB RAM in the Main Board of CPU but one of them is to be damaged less than one year.

Now in this concern at first when I go to the shop for replacement of RAM on 08/09/2010, I got there a replacement receipt against the damaged 512 MB RAM and staff of the shop assured me that it will be replaced within two or there days but their statement changed after four days they said in this process it will take two or three days more now after while some times statement were being changed day by day to my every visit to the shop. Finally I met Mr. Abhishek, he introduced to me as the owner of that Shop. First Mr. Abhishek told me that it will give to you today or tomorrow as their staff was saying it previously in the phone call or after the personal meeting, but last time when I met to him and asked for the RAM he said that there is no value of replacement receipt and why are you always disturbing to me, and used some words to threaten me which I don’t want to mention here but these are painful to me.

It doesn’t matter what’s the value of RAM (it may be Rs. 600/- or 700/-) but I take too much effort to got the RAM and I am very much harassed regarding this subject. I, therefore, request you to take necessary action in this connection and sort out the matter that I would get the RAM against the replacement and warned to him that he could not do this again with any costumer. I shall be highly obliged to you.
