Samsung printer problem

hello,
last month 1.6.2010 purchased samsung ML-1640/XIP printer for Medical officer,Primary health centre ,DN Doddi,Malur taluk,Kolar district.
The paper is not taking for print,shows error message that toner is low 6%.But when inserted catridge to same model shows 98% toner.
So plz help me.
