Dear Sir,
My name is Nikunj K Parmar and I have purchased hard disk on 2007(I don’t remember the date) I had submitted to seagate authorized service center for replacement as it was under warranty on dt0-07-2008 due to personal reason I could not collect my hard disk and it passed more then a 3yrs. last yr I tried to contact service center but they do not allow to give me as it has already passed 6 months. I said please tell me the procedure but they do not reply me and tell me to forget it.
I had proof of emails from the Bangalore head office. They are telling to contact Ahmadabad office. Ahmadabad people are refusing to give as they are having no more data due to office change.
There are few points to be noted as mentioned below:
1) There is no terms and condition mentioned in receipt.
2) They do not intimate for change of office address.
3) Service center do not have records to check it and verify.
4) No call for collecting the hard disk.
5) No due date mentioned or intimate personally.
I had several conversions by mail on demand I can send it can be submitted.
This hard disk is having a great value for me. I want it back and compensation of Rs.50000.00 as soon as possible. It has made my time waste and makes me fool.
