we installed a MATRIX DIGITAL EPBX SYSTEM MODEL-ETEIRNITY PE (CONTIGURATION) 4 PNT PORTS 2 DIGITAL PORT 34 EXTENSION PORT WITH 50PAIRS CROWN MDF AND 42 S EON KTB .On 2.6.2010 and we also made all neccessary payment vide cheque no-858126 dated 2.6.2010 on OBC Baguati branch amounting Rs 550120/- as full and final payment money receid number 580 dated 2.6.2010 but till date we are not geting proper service from your MATRIX.We are facing much trouble due to breakdown of the set EPBX machine ,as such you we are not able to giver proper service valued guest of our hotel .And we are loosing our business.
MATRIX aware that we had changed the previous EPBX machine from AMTEL communication .MATRIX promised we shall get proper service with this new digital machine .But we are still facing same problem and we have also informing you accordingly but you are not taking any care about this machine .I am requesting MATRIX To refund our money and take your new machine
So we have no other alternative to take legal aids and also we are taking the issue to the consumer forum Thank you
