I bought a SONY VAIO (VPCEB24EN) laptop On 17/07/2010,

On 07/08/2010, i suddenly encountered a problem in my laptop. I gave it to the nearby SONY authorized service center (KG ELECTRONICS, TIRUPUR) on 09/08/2010. I got a cal on 12/08/2010 from the coimbatore SONY service center that my hard disk crashed and all my data cannot be retrieved. That hard disk contains valuable and important data of around 200 GB which includes all my project works. I got back my laptop from KG ELECTRONICS, Tirupur on 17/08/2010. In between this, i even met the service engineer(SONY service center, Coimbatore). I again encountered a problem on the same day i got back the laptop from the service center.I have given back the laptop on 18/08/2010 to the same service center at Tirupur. I am highly dissatisfied with the product and also the service provided by SONY. I don't have any idea to get that laptop back, i have lost all my data(200 GB), my project works were disturbed a lot during these 10 days till now.

I need a replacement for the product, which is the only solution which i expect.They made a loss of my property, data and also economic loss. In case you are not replacing the product, i may have file a case in the consumer court for my material loss, data loss, economic loss and also the mental stress caused by this problem.

Just Think of my money and Valuable time. If i am not get back soon, i will take legal decisions because i have already disturbed a lot due to this issue.

Can any human accept, a laptop bought newly and its harddisk failed and problem arises again and again.
