I was working with a company called Mind shaper technologies for around 6 months and they didnt pay the employee's salary on proper time nor they paid us the travel allowance which we traveled for the official purpose.
This continued right from the start and i finally quited the Company before 1 month and 3 days till now they have not paid my salary of Rs 32,000 and allowance of Rs 17,500 which comes around 49500 rs . From nov 24th they are saying will give my salary now but they are giving proper response , Now they have stopped picking up my calls also . So i kindly request you to help me in this matter urgently .

So that i also get my compensation amount of Rs 32,000 for the period they made me to wait. Sir i have furnished there phone numbers also below for further reference's.
Sir not only me they are hiring people in various states like this and sucking there money and doing this kind of a cheating for quite long time , So please look in to this matter so serious that no other persons in the state are not effected please please

I have read the complaints made by a few people against classteacher learning systems,classteacher.com or mind shaper technologies here and on a few other forums. I have come to undestand that this company is not just duping its clients its also duping its employees. I have faced similar payment issue but have been successful in taking back my money.

Now let me tell you my friend that it is not just unethical but also illegal for any organisation to employ staff or labour and not pay them their rightful dues,"Every employee is legally entitled to get the salary for the each month he or she has worked for ,As per The Payment Of Wages Act, it is mandatory on the part of the employer to notify to the appropriate authority (in this case the Deputy Labour Commissioner) the date, time and place of payment, manner and currency by which the payment is to be made. This means that if the company employs less than one thousand people, than the payment of wages to the employees of the preceeding month must be paid to the employees between the 1st and 5th of the following month. In case mind shaper technologies/classteacher does not pay you it comes under non-compliance of the Act - which is a punisable offence. and dont worry they cannot take any legal action against you on the contrary u can completely bring down this organisation down to its knees.They have to pay you for all the money that they owe you .

U must learn to stand up togather to fight for your rightful dues,such kind of fraudulent companies thrive on an employees ignorance and think an employee cannot do anything to them.U have to prove to the mindshaper technologies directors that this thought is wrong and you can bring this company crumbling down .

I just happened to come across this forum and read all about recent classteacher deeds. I had worked with them for two years as a Training and Content Manager and seen the kind of wrong doings they did with most of the employees. I do understand and can sympathise with what you have gone through.

Everyone who joined the compony were hard working. However, the management happily closes eye when they complain about the delay and non-payment of their reimbursements. For how long can an employee remain focused on his work if he has to invest his salary regularly for company tasks.

On one hand Mr. Rohit regularly tries to brainwash the employees with his baseless absurdities while on the other hand Mr. Politician Sameer keeps promising various policies and rewards to employees that never sees the light of day.

Somehow they don't realise that their dream to take on big companies will remain a dream if they keep ditching their hard working employees. Job satisfaction is almost zero with Classteacher Learing systems.

Few cases I can quote here are:

I never got back my more than Rs 60,000/- pending amount accumulated on various tours. On last call Mr. Mehta told me what is the proof that you had submitted any bills to me. My mistake was I never kept any xerox of the bills before handing them to Mr. Mehta.

Mr. Anshuman never got back his more than Rs. 1.5 lakh that he had spent on his various tours. I know the kind of effort and hardwork he had put for the growth of the company.

Mr. Shahzad lost more than Rs 30,000/- despite giving formal resignation. He till date did not get his pending amount.

There are many more cases I can quote. However, what's the use. We three resigned in later half of 2009. Since then company has grown in terms of number of employees however the working conditions in the company has become pathetic from worse.

Its high time the management matures and thinks positvely...

The Top management is highly educated and all are educationist with a vision to bring good learning in schools.At present it has become India's leading technology solution provider in schools in K-12 segment and all because of the rich experience and hard work the management and employees put.You must have done something wrong because of which you had a bad experience as i got a good hike and found the HR practices to be really good. Great company to work with!

Dear All,
I would like to make you aware about Non Payment of salary / variable / allowances.
I have personally experienced this and we all ( team ) left the company. It is happening with all the employes in my region.

I don't understand why this company hire people if they don't have enough money to pay.
I will suggest to management team to stop playing with the career of people else Stop running the company.

Please do not join this company in future.

Then all the best, soon you will realize the Fact, Please do not talk about HR practices HR is very much irresponsible they even don't know what is value of mail sent by there own.

Dear look to other companies, Since 10 year Mind shaper is on same level. Other wise they would have grown too much that new players.
