I'm a student the college mentioned above and want to register a complaint regard to the bribe taken by the institute in the name of post-metric scholarship.

I hereby want to inform you that the "Post-Metric Scholarship" is given by MP Govt. to the OBC and SC/ST candidates in which college authority has to complete some procedure so that the benefit can be given to the desired candidate. But in this college the college authority (Mr. Dharmendra Sahu, Cntct No. - 09754234506)
is taking a huge amount of bribe (Rs. 2000 - 5000) from the students which is unbearable for them and if someone opposes him he threats him for stopping his scholarship.

We belong to the poor family and our parents are dependent on this scholarship for our studies. Thus, I request you to take some serious action against such people, so that justice can be given to the desired students.

This is regarding the problems against related to educational system, which students and his guardian is facing from more years in so many different colleges but unfortunately no one wants to take action against this system because if any one takes action, the students will face the trouble and lost the career. Even we also couldn’t want that any students have to drop the cancer and life. But unfortunately, I am very keen to inform the whole situations so that anyone can stop the educational torturing.
When I went college to admin the one student and asked all fee structure, college told me that 75000/- for 3 years without any extra fee. I asked the all receipt and he was agreed to give. The fee was more for diploma polytechnic but that was to pay at 2-3 step so I was agree and I felt that I can manage. But When first year, student gave the fee and asked the receipt then college had denied to give the receipt and agree to give only 12800/-.

2nd year when I asked to give the receipt for 25000/- college told that we couldn’t give any receipt and also if student couldn’t give the fee on time the whole 25000/- then we couldn’t give permission to attend the examination.
When I asked to take check or demand draft they told that college only accept cash, no check no draft.
It means whole thing is related to make the black money.
When I investigate the other students who have passed out then found the information that they also gave more money without any receipt in cash. When I discussed other college student also same procedure found.

The problem of students are that why they are not agree to complain because if they complain then college will drop the career, internal marks, viva exam etc.
The reason also might be that 90% students are from outside of Karnataka like Bihar, Up, Delhi etc. Guardian couldn’t aware all situation. Students demand the money from guardian to say the different scenario and guardian gives the money without investigation. I know that most of the guardian who sells the land and other stuff to give the good education for children.
I asked about the classes and practical then found that they don’t provide the whole classes and practical and the faculty is not good because they gives less salary so that good faculty is not available. It means the whole educational system has objective to make more money, do not have the objective to make good educated students and technician so that after getting the certificate or degree students could get a good jobs.

In the first year, college asked 10,000/- examination fee at the time because student couldn’t submit the fee and college didn’t give information that time I asked college principal and he was not agree to understand the situation of student. When I asked the Technical department to understand the situation, I was surprised to situation that the technical department of Karnataka which controls the whole polytechnic colleges, is also involved the whole game.

I don't have 25000/-Rs cash to give at a time with out any receipt because they are not agree to take check or DD. We know that most of the employer of different department get the salary appx 6000/- rupees per month and they fight to manage the whole family and also wants to give better education.

At last, I would like to say that please stop the frustration of students and guardians and help the students and safe life because everyone doesn’t have more money. Money comes after doing hard work. Guardian does hard work and makes money and gives the children to make a bright future.

Please take the action against the institutions without affecting the students and others.
