Applied Labs had sent us promotional e-mails initially for SAP-FI course making some false commitments as under :

 Issuing SAP-FI certificate on the completion of the course.
 Placement after completion with Rs. 20,000/- as Placement charges
 Course duration was 2 months.

At that time, the Institute had mentioned that total fees of the course were Rs. 35,000/-, out of which, Rs. 15,000/- were payable at the time of admission & balance Rs. 20,000/- at the time of placement and the Institute had mentioned five study centers viz. Noida, Kalkaji, Bali Nagar, Gurgaon & Karnal.

We had enrolled for SAP-FI course with Applied Labs and study centre chosen was Bali Nagar, H-68, Basement, Near Rajouri Garden, New Delhi and accordingly, we all had paid Rs. 15,000/- plus Service Tax as initial fees at the time of admission for the course.

Sir, we have the following issues to raise :

1. On completion of the course, the Institute issued us “ERP-FI” certificate instead of “SAP-FI” certificate. When enquired about it, the Management told us that they are unable to issue SAP-FI certificate as the Institute is not licensed to do so.

2. The Management of the Institute has refused to provide placement facility to the students who have completed the course which was promised
by them at the time of admission.

3. The course duration was mentioned as 2 months whereas the course was completed in 3 months which resulted in the waste of extra time
& energy of the students.

Keeping in view of the above, we, all the students of our batch, feel that we have been cheated by these tactics of the Management of the Institute to lure the prospective students by making false commitments and not fulfilling its commitments after completion of the course.

Now, we collectively want that either the Management of the Institute fulfill its all commitments or refund our fees paid with Interest up to date.
