This is Praveen Pandey,H/O Mamta Pandey(Student in MAAC Pune).When we visited MAAC MG Road Institute in start of year 2008,we were given misleading information like placement warranty,short duration of course,qualified teachers and so many.They said the course would be in three parts like 1-Sketching(One month) 2-Photoshop(two months) and 3-Animation-Maya Software- (six months).Total course would be completed in 9 months time.Time was a crucial factor because we had a child of six months.Based on there information we took admission in 2008 by paying cash of Rs.40,000/- and took education loan from HDFC Bank of Rs.50,000/-Instead of nine months they took almost 36 months to complete the course saying that they had faculty problems,batch formation problems etc.My wife had to travel daily to institute 20 kms by bus from home leaving 6 months old kid under neighbour's care.This continued for 3 yrs.
There quality of imparting education was terrible.No qualified teacher and inconsistency in conducting classes.When we go them now for placement they say that send her again to attend classes.We don't want to attend there classes again when we know nothing is going to happen.What we want is our HARD EARNED MONEY paid to them as fees should be given back to us as they have not fulfilled any of there promises made at the time of admission to us.Please help.
