Angry Non-Delivery of Uniform and Double Charging
We purchased some uniform for Ramjas School, R K Puram, New Delhi from Tip-Top Fashion Centre, 92-93 Babu Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi-110023 (Ultration Slip no. 1923 and 1924) on 10 June 2010. The slip clearly states Delivery Date as 22 June 2010.

After multiple visits, the shopkeeper has not delivered the uniform (ordered on special order as per the Ultration Slip) while the school opens on 26 June 2010. Also, he is stating that the socks that are required on 26 June 2010 cannot be delivered before 27 June 2010.

The slips were in conjunction and he acknowledged the payment together on one of the receipts (receipt no. 1923). Now, he states that the amount on the other slip (ie slip no. 1924 is not paid.

The shopkeeper is totally non-cooperative and is leading to harassment as only he has the uniform with school logo available in the region
