Sir,

I have requested for withdrawal of admission & refund of my admission fee (Rs 80,000/-) for PGPM Program 2011-13 through e-mail to ICFAI Hyderabad admission office(info@ibsat.org) on 5th June and 6th June 2011.Then again I have replied to their email on 9th June 2011
that I am unable to arrange education loan for this course and hence would request you
to refund my admission fees.

I have also informed IBS Bangalore registrar by written letter on 10th June that I am withdrawing admission from IBS Bangalore.They have accepted my withdrawal request and I was
informed that my name has been removed from list of enrolled students as on 15th June 2011.

Regular classes were to start from 27th June 2011 and at that time,only preparation classes
had started.They have mentioned in prospectus that Registration for regular classes
for PGPM 2011-13 will be starting from 27th June 2011.

I have informed about my admission withdrawal much before start of regular classes and my name was removed from list of enrolled students in IBS Bangalore PGPM course as on 15th June.

Till 30th June 2011 ICFAI Hyderabad have not replied.

Request Consumer court forum to please look into this matter and help in
getting refund from ICFAI.
