i worked in an engineering college at Kaithal (Haryana College of Technology & Management - HCTM) for almost 3.5 years . but after i asked them my arrears resulting from 6th PRC, they never responded in the last two years............. is there anyone who could guide me whether these Private Colleges can be taken to Consumer Forums........ if yes.....How and Where.....What documents are required and whether any Lawyer is also required. i dont wanna pursue my case in Indian Courts.they keep on goiung till one dies.........
